These task-orientetl exercises involve the repetition of a meaningful movement. Unlike range-of-motion and muscle strengthening cxer-cises, coordinalion excrcises involve more than onejoint and one mus-cle. No matter how s?mple the movement, a meaningful movement such as picking up an objyet OF touehing a body part requires various m??s-cles to conlract and relax in a coordinatcd manner.
